Do you have an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy when it comes to reading and writing scientific information? The Technical Writer (FTC) is a newly created 6 x month position based in our Virginia, Brisbane site, and sits within the Development Center team supporting Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing and Marketing Departments. The purpose of this role is to deliver clear and concise scientific documentation for various nutraceutical products.

Main responsibilities:

  • Research, write, and edit technical documents such as master formula, manufacturing instructions, stability protocols, stability trends, product development report, bill of materials, standard operating procedures

  • Work closely with regulatory and quality team to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation

  • Provide summary reports to management and project team on the status of documentation activities

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

About you

Experience :

  • Experience with regulatory process and or quality documentation/systems, preferably in the VMS, Food, Consumer Health or Pharma industries

  • Highly desired previous experience in NPD or working in industry manufacturing/ formulating solid dosage forms: tablets, hard shell and softgel capsules an advantage

Soft and Technical Skills:

  • Stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage your time effectively

  • Technical skills: Experience in preparation of documentation in the formulation and or manufacture of health-related products / foods,

  • Excellent written (English language) and numerical ability, master of Excel.

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary level education in Science/ Engineering preferred.
