We are looking for a dynamic and a passionate Talent Sourcer to join our team at Syngenia. The role of the ‘Technical Talent Sourcer’ is an entry level role and it will be the key of the recruitment process by identifying and attracting potential candidates for vacant positions.Mission

• In the Sourcing Team, you will work closely with the Sourcing Team Lead to participate in the recruitment of internal or external profiles,
• For each profile, you will select the appropriate recruitment channel (internal, advertisements, e-mails, recruitment agencies, social media….),
• With a qualitative phone screening, you will provide support for the Recruitment Team through careful analysis of qualified candidates by demonstrating concrete details.
• After a training period, you will effectively manage the recruitment process, from interview scheduling to coordinating various stages of procedures.
• You engage as an ambassador for Syngenia on the outside world such as events, job fairs and you act as the primary contact for the ENGIE recruitment network and for the academic world.
• You follow-up candidates and administrative tasks by ensuring accurate records.
• A Career progression is guaranteed of 360° Recruiter role (client contact) after a minimum period of one year within the Sourcing Team.

Profile

• You hold at least a bachelor’s degree such as in labor sciences, HR, economics, psychology.
• This is an entry level position (only internships experiences are accepted).
• You have an analytical mindset, you are rigorous and have good organizational skills.
• You have good communication skills and you are a result-oriented person.
• You are able to plan and manage your own goals in a structured and well organized manner.
• You take the lead in your projects and you can multitask effectively.
• You are a proactive and an assertive person who can work autonomously but who is also a team player.
• You have excellent relational skills, who is diplomatic and a stress-resistant person.
• You are fluent in French and Dutch (verbal and written) and have a good level of English.
