This is an advanced role encompassing diverse areas such as managing and interpreting large volumes of data, administration, and analysis of outputs from our energy management platform, and leading sustainability and ESG consultancy projects across various sectors. They will play an integral role in supporting our clients by spearheading energy and sustainability initiatives and coordinating closely with Energy Engineers and Data Integration Managers as part of our larger operative network.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership:Taking a lead role on sustainability and ESG consultancy projects.Conducting GHG emissions measurement and verification, sustainability strategy development and baseline assessment, and sustainability reporting and disclosure advisory.Providing sustainable finance advisory services, training, and capacity building efforts.Proactively managing and delivering projects, preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and tenders for client projects.Supporting the development and evolution of our sustainability and ESG service offerings.Data Management and Analytics:Responsibilities include onboarding new properties into our portfolio, maintaining, verifying and interpreting data related to energy, water, and waste.Reviewing and analysing consumption patterns, compiling reports on consumption at various levels, and addressing and managing utility billing queries.Generating consumption reports at tenant, property, and portfolio levels, and delivering these to all pertinent stakeholders.Client Support & Interaction:Managing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.Serving as the point of contact for all technical inquiries and assisting clients with the identification and implementation of energy/sustainability projects.Ensuring that work is properly executed, documented, and concluded in compliance with our quality and corporate guidelines.Requirements:At least 5 years of work experience in a sustainability role.Advanced knowledge of sustainability policy, law, initiatives and reporting standards such as EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), EU Taxonomy, TCFD, GHG Protocol, ISO14064, ISO14001, ISO50001, Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).Exceptional team player with project management experience and ability to cater to senior management expectations.Ability to chair meetings, both internally and externally with clients/contractors etcExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written and aptitude with IT systems.Ability to present and explain complex technical topics.Certified Energy Manager (CEM) status and knowledge of smart building devices are beneficial.Qualifications:Degree or post-graduate qualification in sustainability/environment-related field is essential.This role offers the opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding team.
