Therefore, we are seeking a person who is keen to continuously learn about new software technology, instruments, applications, and consumables. Service-minded to understand and address customer problems by delivering high-level customer service, to drive and build customer success.
Your Role:
This role entails providing remote post-sales technical support to our customers and colleagues with product solutions across High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), as well as multi-vendor systems solutions. Which requires reactive actions that result in a timely and cost-effective problem resolution for customers and proactive preventive actions. Occasionally, you will visit customer sites for onsite missions.
