Technical Sales Engineer – €55,000 – €70,000 + commission depending on experience – MonaghanThe RoleDo you have a background in Plumbing & Heating / HVAC, or similar, and a passion for sales, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business development? • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored technical solutions.
• Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Technical Consultation: Work with clients to assess their technical requirements and recommend the best products and solutions to meet those needs.
• Proposal Development: Create and present detailed technical proposals, quotations, and presentations that highlight the strengths and value of Heet Pump’s offerings.
• Product Expertise: Stay current with the company’s products, services, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate, expert guidance.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with design teams to ensure client requirements are effectively translated into practical solutions.
• Customer Support: Offer post-sales technical support and assistance to guarantee client satisfaction and encourage long-term partnerships.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential new segments to help drive business growth.
• Reporting: Provide senior management with regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance against sales targets and key performance indicators

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a strong technical background.
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in an engineering
