Essentials : Degree/Higher Diploma in Architecture or equivalent, 5+ years post-qualification experience, e xperience in design and detailing of mixed-used residential led schemes, previous developer/house builder essential, strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Location : Kildare
Salary : €80,000

Overseeing : D&B Coordinator, Document Controller etc.Our client is a leading residential developer renowned for delivering high-quality, sustainable homes. As they expand to increase their live sites, they are seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the design and technical aspects of the project, coordinating all technical information from planning approval to completion.The successful candidate will focus on delivering design excellence, managing external consultants, and ensuring the coordination of all aspects, from M&E to structures and façades.
