Oracle is looking for a Learning Consultant to join our International Change and Learning team. This is an exciting and dynamic team that looks to push the boundaries of what can be done and is part of the wider organisation of Oracle Consulting. You will be part of a dynamic international team in which collaborative working will be paramount. As well as delivering value to clients, you will be expected to contribute and identify areas for process improvement internally.
Based in Australia, you will need to be a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a passion for Training & Learning delivery and relationship management.
As a Learning Consultant within the team, your role will require a hybrid approach to working with our clients, and you will teach a variety of technical courses to IT Analysts. You will also be required as part of the role, to deliver other Learning Consultant functions on projects such as working with the clients to develop training strategies or sustainment plans. The role will also require an understanding of virtual, online and in person facilitation.
As a Learning Consultant within Oracle’s International Change and Learning Team, you will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of client training and education programs across our client sites in the Asia Pacific region. This role delivers training programs based on the needs and objectives of the business and its clients.
Millennium experience or knowledge of using an equivalent EMR, and an appreciation of the healthcare sector would be advantageous, as would basic project management and administration. You should be detail orientated and have excellent communication skills at all levels. Those who fill the role are expected to be able to work well both in a team environment and autonomously. There is a requirement to provide coaching support for our clients in the use of Cerner Millennium applications at the conversion, adoption, and sustainment phases of their millennium journey.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, communications, education, healthcare, marketing or related field or 4 years relevant work experience

At least 1 year of Learning/Adult education, project/program management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/ or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
Preferred experience:
-
Experience with Cerner millennium products
-
Experience working in a healthcare setting, ideally within IT
Expectations:

Willing to travel to client site up to 80% as needed

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
Responsibilities
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
