Here’s where you come in:

As the Technical Director for People & Culture Centers of Enablement, you will manage a team of 12, including direct supervision of three line managers who oversee Change and Project Management, Workforce Planning and Analytics, and Communications. You will focus on driving the strategic alignment, operational integration, and execution of initiatives in change management, analytics, project management, and communications, ensuring that these functions effectively support People & Culture (P&C) priorities and World Vision’s overall strategy.

You will report to the Senior Director of P&C Operational Effectiveness and will be part of the senior leadership within P&C Operations, alongside two other technical directors.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a strategic leadership role within HR Operations, with a focus on change management and project management.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering complex projects in a global, multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong experience in impact analytics and communication, and stakeholder management.
  • High proficiency in developing and managing communication strategies for large-scale HR initiatives.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.
