Monday – Friday. 9:00-17:00.Do you have good attention to detail; customer service skills; technical understanding? This is a role that combines all three!You will act as an interface between the sales team, the end customer and the laboratory in the reporting and interpretation of test reports in the relevant Product Testing Categories.

• Report and communicate results to Eurofins clients.
• Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
• Support the sales team in the delivery of customers’ needs and requirements.
• Keep up to date with current techniques, topics and legislation in order to advise Eurofins and its customers on accurate implementation of their requirements.
• Create and maintain appropriate report templates as legislations and standards change.
• Assist the laboratory in applying the best practice and interpretation of results.
• Ensure all reasonable steps are taken to achieve accuracy, reliability, and repeatability of test results.
• Generate client specific reports with conclusions with a high level of quality and technical competence.
• Understand the costing information contained within the LIMS system and on the jobs assigned and react when something does not look correct.
• Support the work tracking systems of the department by promptly completing the relevant Excel documents.
• Support the laboratory when requested in carrying out testing where appropriate training is in place.

Based in Lancastrian house located close to Old Trafford Cricket ground in South Manchester you will work from a bright, modern and well equipped site including communal facilities including a lounge, kitchen and roof garden. With parking, nearby public transport links, cafes and shops. Access to a gym is also available in the nearby Trafford House Office Facilities.Qualifications

• Have a sound understanding of testing processes and how these principles can be applied to the relevant legislation.
• Excellent customer service approach.
• Experience using Microsoft office and/or LIMS.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills both written and oral.
