Our client, a boutique and very successful privacy consultancy is looking for an exceptional Sales & Marketing Team Assistant to join their tight-knit and growing team.This is a busy and newly created role for a motivated, highly organised and imaginative individual who enjoys being in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. This would be the ideal role for a self-starter who is looking for the opportunity to gain experience within a business and be a key contributor to the continuous efforts and development of the Sales & Marketing function.Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the end-to-end sales process
• Producing proposals
• Producing supporting targeted marketing documents
• Dealing with contracts – master service agreements, consultancy schedules etc.
• Attending business development meetings with prospects, taking notes and following up with actions
• Assisting in making sure the pipeline is up to date and that reporting is accurate
• Attending meetings with existing clients when up selling opportunities have been identified, taking notes and following up with actions
• Monitoring competitor activities and finding leads for the company
• Participate in new business pitches, showcasing agency’s capabilities and value proposition
• Help develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and expand existing accounts
• Market research and analysis
• Event organisation in person and online

What we are looking for:

• Excellent business standard written and communication skills
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with written proposals / support with the sales cycle ideally
• Confident user of Microsoft 365 office products
• Ideally a familiarity with CRM systems / marketing analytics tools
• Enthusiasm for biscuits and snacks!

Expected salary

£30000 – 40000 per year
