This is a fixed term contract for a Team Administrator for our Office Agency and Tenant Rep team in Dublin. The role includes –

• Creating fees from Salesforce, issuing to clients, monitoring department year-to-date figures, noting when fees are paid and issuing fee acknowledgement letters
• Coordinate AML checks, compliance & Intercompany as well as onboarding and PO
• Client meeting coordination
• Marketing – Arrange marketing quotes, assist with marketing materials
• Assist with pitches and reports – typing and formatting
• Events – Assist with Building Launches, The Gloss, Punchestown and others
• Managing property marketing initiatives and client communications
• External meeting F&B arrangements for meeting rooms – external catering
• Online Listing review
• Salesforce system updates and maintenance
• Property of the week coordination and distribution
• Office Agency task tracker management
• Expense claims
• Manage team meetings

There is flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week once the person is established with the team and role.
