Academics are working with a network of schools across the Vale of Glamorgan area. These ‘Excellent’ Estyn rated schools are looking for a number of Teaching Assistants to join full time beginning in September.The role of a classroom assistant will involve working as a general teaching assistant in a year 3/4 class. The schools recruiting have a reputation of being extremely welcoming and friendly and have a very high education standard. The schools try to encourage creative learning both within and outside the classroom.As a teaching assistant, you will need to attend the pupils’ personal needs while supervising and supporting them in access of learning. You will be required to assist with the implementation of individual support plans while providing feedback to pupils.You may be asked to work with pupils one on one or do small group work depending on the child’s individual needs.**You need to be eligible to work in the UK****Have your national insurance number****Have an in date DBS- if you do not currently have this you can still apply and we will guide you through the process.**What to expect from Academics
