Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively within a team that specializes in providing solutions for diverse business transactions such as M&A, private equity, FDI, tax planning, FS Tax, funds, and banking.
Candidate Profile:
- Newly qualified solicitor with a focus on tax law.
- Strong academic background in tax and law.
- Demonstrable tax technical experience, with a keen interest in planning and structuring.
- Excellent analytical and numeric skills.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
