What You’ll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Playson, you won’t just fill positions; you’ll be shaping the teams that drive our innovation and success:
- Be a Key Player: Integrate into our self-driven People & Culture Squad.
- Full Ownership: Take full responsibility for the candidate’s journey, acting as a proactive product owner of your service.
- Global Talent Hunt: Identify and hire top talent globally.
- Strategize: Develop and execute tailored talent acquisition strategies.
- Source and Screen: Efficiently identify top talent, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates.
- Communicate Our Mission: Represent Playson’s culture and values compellingly to potential hires.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing expertise in hiring best practices.
- Specialized Hiring: Focus on hiring for Commercial roles such as Sales, Account Managers, and Executive positions.
- Analyze and Improve: Track recruitment metrics and continuously enhance processes for efficiency.
We’re looking for someone to help us elevate our talent acquisition practices and make them truly impactful in the long run!
Who You Are:
- Experienced: At least 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with experience in the iGaming sector.
- Commercial Hiring Expertise: Preferably experienced in hiring for Sales, Account Management, and Executive-level roles.
- Proactive and Professional: You understand recruitment is a mix of sales and strategy and are comfortable with both giving and receiving feedback.
- Communicative: Excellent communication skills and an approachable personality.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technical requirements and recruitment automation tools (experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiBob, etc., is a plus).
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with an eye for details.
- English Proficiency: At least Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- A high proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
