Job description
This position of Talent Acquisition Advisor requires an individual with a strong background in Talent/ Resourcing, either in-house or Agency. The role involves coordinating and streamlining the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet business needs during an exciting and significant period of growth.
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with business goals
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding
- Building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates and partners
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Using data and metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies
- Contributing to projects and initiatives aimed at improving talent acquisition processes
- Complying with all relevant HR and legal regulations

- An education background in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using HR software and digital recruitment tools
- Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
