Provide L2 and L3 Application Support for critical Swift Payments system used within the Payment Operations area. Skills:
At least 5+ Years of total experience with 3 years of experience in a support role
Knowledge or experience of some of the following will be a distinct advantage:
SWIFT
UNIX
AIX
Client or other basic SQL
MQ
Perl or Shell programming skills desirable
Experience in Banking Domain
Experience in NFT Testing will also be beneficial
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of issues and be proactive in coordinating distributed teams to resolve issues within the specified SLAs.
Work closely with the team to share and priorities work load for self and team members within cluster, consistent with any appropriate direction from customer.
Will be required to provide on-call support on rota for Out of Office hour support.
Strong work ethic with an ability to learn on the job and work well under pressure
Strong analytical and debugging skills
Ability to work with little supervision, but within boundaries
Strong communication skills at all levels (written and oral)
Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability
Ability to work with multiple priorities

As part of small tactical changes, undertake analysis, code development & testing including test approach, implementation approach planning & production deployment.
Engage with customer SME and any other stakeholders (3rd parties) as needed.
Prepare and submit status reports and Prepares and maintains appropriate documentation.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of the methods, productivity and quality of work produced.
