We are seeking to add to our casual Supporting Family Time Workers in order to supervise children, young people and their families to experience quality time together.You will complete accurate recordings using observations and assessments and promote all aspects of the serviceWHAT IS INVOLVED?The ideal candidate will have the ability to form relationships with users and their families as well as knowledge of child development, the Children Act and Local Safeguarding Children Board Procedures.Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing family time at a range of venues throughout County Durham.
  • Supporting the Team Leader/Team Manager in providing a safe service delivery including assessment and management of risk.
  • Adhering to published policies, standards and procedures in the delivery of the service.
  • Notifying providers and quality controllers about deficiencies in the standards of services.
