There is a clear focus on developing innovative HR software solutions and payroll services. We offer online tools that support companies in automating their HR processes. One of these tools is the CVWarehouse application; a comprehensive online recruitment tool, used by customers in more than 20 countries.In order to continue helping our customers properly, we are looking for a Support Officer/HR Software trainer.Where will you work?BCS currently employs around 250 people, spread across the Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal. As a Support Employee, you will join the CVWarehouse/BCS Belgium team, located in Antwerp. In the coming years, we expect international growth as a result of the expansion of our software suite. You will therefore find yourself in an ambitious organisation, with driven colleagues who do their utmost to provide our customers with the most appropriate solution for their issue.Your work in a nutshell:In this varied role, you will contribute to the satisfaction of our customers:

  • you support customers in getting started with the CVWarehouse tool;
  • you answer customer questions and/or make sure they get to the right colleague;
  • you also provide support to candidates who contact the support service;
  • you manage our online knowledge base and make sure it stays up to date;
  • you contribute to translations for the tool and the online knowledge base;
  • you provide training on the (new) functionalities to customers.

What we require?For this role, we are looking for a colleague who can tick off the following:

  • you are available full-time (38 hours per week) during office hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and until 4:00 pm on Fridays;
  • you enjoy working mainly independently from home;
  • you have a strong affinity with recruitment, recruitment software and, by extension, HR software;
  • you speak and write fluently in Dutch, English and French;
  • you have an interest in the technical side of things (knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus);
  • you have an academic degree or equivalent experience.
