Apply today!Job DetailsThis is an exciting role that will be supporting the Branded Medical Supply Chain team with replenishment duties of a specific range of manufacturers, bespoke customer ordering processes, product transfers and other day-to-day tasks which may develop in line with the business’ requirements.This role requires building strong internal & external stakeholder relationships, responding to their requests, supporting them by ensuring excellent ongoing service whilst delivering against the business’ agreed KPIs (key performance indicators)Main responsibilities will include:Perform replenishment duties in the described mannerEnsure stock availability at all times in the most efficient mannerFollow up on late deliveriesObtain stock information from manufacturers on a weekly basisFollow up on Out of stocksReview / maintain most up to date customer messaging at all timesMaintain “lean inventory levels” in accordance with order cycles, departmental- and /or contractual parameters.De-risk product write-off scenariosEnsure replenishment in accordance with product buying multiplesPO (Purchase Order) line adjustments (ASNs)Perform analyses for reporting/performanceRange Review:Continually looking at ways to improve efficiencies within your managed rangeManage bespoke customer ordering processes against deadlinesSupport the supply chain team with annual leave cover and or day-to-day activitiesEstablish professional long-term relationships with external- & internal stakeholders​.You will need to be customer focused and have good IT skills. You will also need to be a self-starter, able to work autonomously or as part of a team.A good understanding and knowledge of supply chain / logistics / replenishment within the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare- or FMCG companies is beneficial but not a requirement.On the job training will be provided as required.We would also value the following attributes:Ability to work as a teamTime management & task prioritisation is criticalStrong interpersonal communication skillsProfessional telephone mannerA background in supply chain, FMCG or Pharmaceuticals would be an advantageAbility to analyse and interpret numerical data is an advantageAbility to work under pressure & prioritise workWorking knowledge of MS Office e.g., Excel, and OutlookWe have an array of benefits to suit your lifestyle including; Employee assistance programme with legal and financial advisors as well as mental health counselling.
