Job description
As the Supervisor QC you would oversee daily operation and communication for samples submitted from Manufacturing, QA Validation, and QC labs. You would ensure chain of custody is maintained and ensure timely delivery of samples to the labs.This is a shift position on our extended days pattern 7am – 7pm.A typically day might include, but is not limited to, the following:Overseeing daily operation of Sample Management teamScheduling and organising daily/weekly tasks for teamDeveloping and coaching analystsWorking cross functionally to meet company and department goalsOverseeing and maintaining appropriate procedures to ensure chain of custody for QC samples is maintainedEnsuring sample availability and correct storage is maintainedReferencing standard inventory control for all QC labsOverseeing of testing of intermediates (in process) and finished product, equipment, cleaning and process validation samples or any other incoming materialsEnsuring testing is performed accurately and in compliance with cGMP procedures, established regulatory requirements (USP), SOPs and other approved test methodsSupporting internal and regulatory auditsReviewing and approving of quality system records (Investigations/Deviations)Leading cross functional investigationsTo be considered for this opportunity, you should have a BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry and some previous supervisory/leadership experience.#LI-Onsite #JOBSIEPR #IREADV #REGNQCDoes this sound like you?
