We are looking for a Strategic & Insights Manager for the Kellanova Cereal portfolio. This is a 12-month contract role based in our EUHQ Dublin office.The role of the Strategic Insights and Analytics team in Kellanova is to ensure that our plans are grounded in genuine human understanding. We generate data and information from multiple sources, connect the dots, and uncover the rich insights that support the growth ambitions of our business.In this role, you will work hand in hand with the Cereals lead team to ensure that insight sits at the heart of our plans. You will play a key role in the development of the Cereal’s strategic plans, the creative/comms development process as well as the planning and execution of innovation.A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan- Contribute to the strategic planning process by leveraging data and insights from internal and external sources to Identify growth opportunities and challenges.
• Recommend – Lead research projects (write clear research briefs, identify agency partners, and recommend methodologies) that will unlock upstream insights, enrich understanding or validate our plans. Analyse research findings, clearly articulate a recommendation and communicate to key stakeholders to inform the decision-making process.
• Business Partner- Be a strong business partner to the Marketing Leads on the Cereal portfolio and work closely with their teams and adjacent teams responsible for this portfolio. Work with stakeholders across EU markets, especially local market insight managers, to ensure recommendations are aligned and cascaded effectively.
• Input- Input into the creative development process by providing insights into the creative brief, feedback on creative development, recommendations on research approach and by ensuring research learnings are incorporated into the process.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Strong experience in research, insights strategy, planning, or a strategic marketing role with a passion for insights and human understanding with a proven ability to develop winning strategies.
• Ability to connect the dots across multiple and varied data sources and distil the data and information into actionable and meaningful insights.
• Strong business partnership skills with an ability to collaborate and work effectively with a wide network of people.
