Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Healthcare Provider – €60KCitywest, DublinRole:You will be responsible for all sourcing activity for our pharma products across the Ireland and European market.You will be responsible for analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic initiatives to help the organization achieve its goals. This role requires expertise in procurement practices, supplier relationship management and negotiation.We are seeking a results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen to lead initiatives that enhance our competitive advantage and financial performance.Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in supply markets
• Continuously work to identify opportunities to contribute to growing the business unit through procurement excellence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and ensure long-term partnerships
• Strategic collaboration with external stakeholders, including cultivating MAH & KAM relationships
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to align sourcing initiatives with business needs
• Identify risks, both within the portfolio and in the supply chain. Develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.

Requirements:

• Commercially focused with a proven ability to evaluate business opportunities and risks
• 5+ years’ of pharmaceutical or pharmacy experience is essential
• 5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a strategic role.

Hybrid role, located in Citywest with 2/3 days on site#LI-SD1
