We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Outsourcing & Sourcing Team in our Dublin (Ireland) office. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and expertise in project management, sourcing, and process improvement to drive business excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, excellent communication and influencing skills, and strong analytical abilities.Strategic Sourcing Process Manager ResponsibilitiesManage high-impact implementation projects, defining requirements and executing effective communication and project management strategies.Provide regular updates to management on project progress and inform strategic decisions.Collaborate with the process teams and leadership to design, implement, and enhance core processes, ensuring scalability and high-quality delivery.Develop action plans, workflows, and process documents in multiple formats and tools.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in project management, business process improvement, or information management, with a focus on sourcing and/or large-scale operations.5+ years of experience working on global and/or cross-functional teams with international footprints.PMP or equivalent project management certification.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently across competing priorities.Excellent influencing, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.Flexibility to work in multiple time zones and ability to travel internationally (at least 15% of working time).Preferred QualificationsStrong data analytics expertise.Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement experience.LocationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
