For our client, Centra, Ireland’s leading convenience grocery store in Cork center, we are looking for a Store Manager.
Candidate information/requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have at least five years of work experience as a retail Store Manager
- HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge would be a plus
- Excellent customer service, good leadership, and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers, as well as customer complaints
- An advanced level of English is required
About the job:
- Permanent, full-time position
- Salary after tax in Ireland for this Store Manager role will be around 2.900 € net per month (41.000 € gross; before tax, per year) on 42 hours per week + bonuses
- Salary is paid weekly
- Accommodation is not provided
- Your duties will be: overseeing store operations and 16 staff members, meeting sales goals by training, motivating, and mentoring, completing store administration, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
