Reporting to the Fuels Retail Manager, this permanent role will be based in the Brisbane office, other locations may be considered for the appropriate candidate.

The role is primarily responsible for ensuring profitable customer retention and growth within the existing StarCard customer base.

You will be required to have a strong analytical and outbound sales approach to ensure KPIs for retention and growth are met and propose businesses cases as required.

Working cross functionally within the organization will be required to help you achieve your goals, leveraging marketing, BI tools and other resources to assist you.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Proactive identification and management of existing StarCard customers for retention and growth through outbound contact

  • Development of management and reporting tools

  • Own KPIs for retention and growth within the existing customer base

  • Ensure proposals are commercially profitable

  • Service delivery of proposals with the external service provider for StarCard

  • Develop competitor knowledge base for the organisation

  • Capture customer interactions within CRM
