The platform will enable the development and deployment of machine learning models for the Edge, supporting the entire AI lifecycle, from edge-to-cloud data acquisition and ingestion to model training, deployment, and monitoring.The ideal candidate will have experience with microservice-based architectures, web and frontend frameworks, and cloud-native applications.Location:Hyrid, Limerick, Cork or DublinResponsibilities:Design and implement scalable and robust backend services and frontend clients for our AI/ML applicationsOwn the software lifecycle of one or more software product and platform subsystemsDesign, implement, and maintain well-abstracted and documented REST APIsCollaborate with ML/MLOps Engineers to integrate AI/ML models with software applicationsWork closely with DevOps team to improve system availability, scalability, and reliabilityGuarantee product and code quality utilizing software development best practices such as unit testing, code reviews, etc.Actively participate in product design and help define the technical roadmap for our productsStay up to date with the latest developments in web and data technologies and frameworksQualifications:7+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining distributed web applications and servicesExperience with microservices architectures and REST API development (e.g., FastAPI)Experience with front-end libraries and frameworks such as React and Next.jsExperience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.)Proficiency with one or more programming languages (Python preferred)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.#LI-VD1For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce – Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State – Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
