Sr. Manager, Service Excellence & OperationsAbout Us:At Natus Medical, we are a global leader in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of medical devices and software for a wide range of specialties, including neonatal care, neurology, sleep, hearing, and balance. With a focus on improving patient outcomes, we provide innovative screening, diagnostic, and treatment solutions to the medical community. Our Gort facility in Co. Galway plays a key role in manufacturing and distributing medical device products, specializing in the diagnosis of neurological disorders.Duties and Responsibilities in this job:

• Centralized Service Operations: Oversee parts, repairs, and inventory logistics, ensuring efficient, high-quality service support worldwide.
• Service Delivery & Quality: Manage service strategy plans, product serviceability, and quality improvement initiatives; support new product developments to enhance customer experience.
• Sales & Marketing: Lead service product offerings, drive revenue growth through global key account management, and support targeted service marketing initiatives.
• Process Improvement & Project Management: Optimize service processes through Lean/Six Sigma projects, focusing on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Training & Development: Implement training programs for internal teams and external partners (including distribution partners), ensuring consistent skills and service standards.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in global service operations management.
• Proven leadership skills managing global teams and cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of service operations, supply chain, and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of industry and industry standards preferred.
