As the Senior Director of Operations – Go To Market, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the APAC region through supporting the successful deployment of our go-to-market initiatives while maintaining alignment with business goals and objectives.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee the operations of key go-to-market functions, including Presales, Partner and Alliances, Bids, and Customer Success Management. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities
• Lead the operational strategy for the Go-To-Market functions, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and regional growth targets.
• Oversee the daily operations of Presales, Partner and Alliances, Bids, and Customer Success teams, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective execution.
• Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement operational frameworks and processes that support the growth and scale of the business.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across various operational functions to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Define and track key performance metrics across go-to-market operations, providing timely analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure optimal collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall market penetration.
• Spearhead operational improvements and best practices, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
• Support the development of go-to-market strategies by providing insights into operational capabilities, resource requirements, and potential risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with global and regional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in operational execution.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational teams across the region, ensuring strategic alignment and cost optimization.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
• Extensive experience managing go-to-market functions such as Presales, Partner and Alliances, Bids, and Customer Success.
• Strong understanding of operational best practices and the ability to execute complex strategies across multiple functions and geographies.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive decisions based on data and operational insights.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies, improving business processes, and scaling operations within a fast-growing organization.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management at a regional scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
