This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that’s sufficient for completing their job remotely.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for global oversight, analysis, communication, compliance, implementation and administration of compensation processes, which include; estimated market values, annual merit cycle, short term incentive plans, long term incentive plans and global mobility to ensure they are administered in accordance to plan provisions and in compliance with government legislation. This position collaborates and consults with all areas of Human Resources to ensure programs are equitable and in adherence with corporate compensation philosophy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Estimated Market Value administration: Creating, maintaining, and delimiting estimated market values for all salaried jobs globally, maintain a balanced salary structure, participating in annual salary surveys across multiple vendors and providing employee impact analysis on an ongoing basis.
  • Annual Merit Cycle: Processing annual merit globally, ensuring accuracy, location specific compliance and equitable pay practices.
  • Short Term Incentive Plan: Annual execution of plan from auditing employee eligibility to validating accuracy of supporting historical data and submission of payments
  • Long Term Incentive Plan: Administration of restricted and performance share unit plans, including granting and vesting of shares, deferred stocks and dividend payments
  • Global Mobility: Administration of various policies to ensure the employee experience is favorable by providing quick resolution to issues and exceptions while adhering to policy guidelines. Works closely with vendors to maintain high service levels for employees while minimizing administration time.
  • Vendor Management: Will be required to work with and manage many different vendor relationships related to global mobility and related services, salary surveys, equity administration and market pricing.

Education Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED Required 
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Experience Requirements

Required:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Experience in areas such as salary structure development, job evaluation, market analysis and surveys, short term incentive plans, long term incentive plans and global mobility.
  • Proficient in office productivity tools (spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and calendaring software).
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and build collaborative relationships with internal partners (HR Generalists, Payroll, Legal, Finance), external vendors and able to assist in employee issues as they arise.
  • Strong organizational skills, work accuracy and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with all levels within the Company and provide excellent customer service.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of global compensation-related legal and regulatory issues desirable.
  • Familiarity with SAP products and Towers Watson’s Reward® a plus.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
