The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:
Don’t just start a co-op, start a career. Enterprise Services – Supply Chain (ES-SC) is seeking a full-time co-op student employee for January – June 2025 to serve as a Supply Chain Operations Specialist. ES-SC is RTX’s enterprise services organization focusing on procurement for Raytheon business and RTX Corporate. The Operations team supports buyers across the United States in the areas of technology, automation, process improvement, compliance, material program management, learning and master data management.
The operations specialist will also have the opportunity to achieve RTX certifications in the areas of procurement & subcontract management. Job shadowing, mentoring, leadership learning sessions and flexible work arrangements are also available. At the end of the rotation, the co-op will have a solid understanding of procurement, SAP, reporting tools and the aerospace and defense industry. The successful candidate will create metrics and reports for the procurement team and leadership to drive decision making, measure performance and increase automation. Day to day tasks will occur in tools such as SAP, Business Warehouse, Business Objects, SharePoint, Excel, Forms, Power Automate and Teams.
What You Will Do
- Assist with the maintenance of purchase order activities.
- Develop and produce metrics and reports on a regular basis for consumption across all levels of the ES-SC organization.
- Create ad-hoc reports to support team member’s needs for audits, management reviews and special projects.
- Create and deploy training supply chain information tool sets.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Candidate must be in/entering their junior or senior year (60+ credit hours) and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field. - This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms and Power Automate.
- Candidates must reside in EST or CST time zones.

- Experience using SAP (Procurement functions, Business Warehouse, Business Objects)
- Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, Macros, etc)
- Ability to balance workload by multi-tasking.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Work Location
This role is remote, however, candidates must reside in EST or CST time zones.
Role Type Definitions:
- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
- Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
- Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD – 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
