Our Current Needs:
We are seeking IL licensed SLPs to join our growing full-time, fully remote, treating SLP team. IL-licensed SLPs will be required to have or be willing to obtain the IL Early Intervention Credential.
Treating SLPs can enjoy flexibility in setting availability that works best for them, however, to support your caseload build we are seeking SLPs with availability in the afterschool, afternoon, and evening times as that is when Expressable clients seek out services the most often. Please note an additional $20 per hour shift differential is offered for any direct therapy completed after 5 pm in your time or any time on the weekends!
Expressable strives to provide work/life balance for our team. As such, treating SLPs are considered “full-time” and eligible for benefits (health insurance, dental, vision, paid parental leave, 401k with matching, etc.) on day 1 of employment at only 17 direct hours/week!
For this role, we are prioritizing candidates with at least 17 direct hours of availability per week, and it is required to have an active NJ license to be considered. However, our needs are always changing as we continue to grow so please feel free to apply so that we have your information on file for future opportunities should you be looking for part-time hours, be in the process of obtaining IL licensure, or have active licensure in any of our larger states such as NJ, TX, NC, FL, CA, VA, MD, NY, GA or OH.
