Come and shape the future of finance with us.Specialist Customer AdministrationLondon | Hybrid working up to 60% | Reference 6717Job IntroductionThe primary function of the Customer Administration is to manage all supporting and administrative matters occurring in the Sales Department and to provide our customers with access to our financial information services. The role involves supporting the contract administration and requires to liaise with internal sales, customer support, finance, products and development teams as well as contact with customers.As a member of our 4-person Customer Administration team, you’ll play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks related to our customer portfolio, including a Strategic Account.What You Will Do
- Generating fee schedules for customer contracts
- Ensuring accurate management of licenses data and handling the billing process, including accruals
- Ensuring compliance with data regulations
- Consulting and supporting customers on products, functionalities, data, prices, exchanges and claims
- Participating in and monitoring customer and internal global projects
What You Bring
- At least 3/4 years of work experience in a similar environment in financial services middle office
- Proven administration experience with strong organizational skills with a Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel
- High understanding of quality and reliable working methods combined with great independence
- Clear customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
