Position Summary:

• Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and welcome all guests whilst explaining the hotel facilities available

• Provide a quality of service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations

• Provide exceptional massages including relaxation, Hot-Stone etc. body treatments

• Knowledge and ability to perform skin care and facial services to guests

• Ensure guest queries and requests are handled effectively and efficiently

• Assess guest needs and subsequently advise them on recommended skin, hair and nail home care regimens

About You:

• An up-to-date Police Check & RSA
