We are currently seeking to appoint a professional and experienced Sous Chef to join our Team!

Reporting directly to the Executive Chef you will be responsible for:

• The day to day running of the Kitchen

• You will be experienced in Hotel and Banquet Operations but will also have the extensive experience in a la carte.

• Experience in stocktake, ordering, rosters, team leadership, menu design and costing with the ability to take complete control over the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef is essential.

• You will have a love for the industry and be seeking a true challenge.
