In this role you will provide technical and managerial leadership in railway systems, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
Provide technical authority and mentorship, acting as the central contact for all technical matters.
Ensure team growth in competency and quantity, balancing delivery, competency growth, and succession planning.
Manage team utilization, training, competency, and career growth, including recruitment and resource forecasting.
Serve as the software engineering interface, coordinating internal and external partners and addressing quality issues.
Lead by example, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.
Shape the future of mobility with your qualifications and skills.
You’re an experienced Software Engineer with previous proven experience in managing small to medium size infrastructure projects.
You have a tertiary education in an engineering discipline.
