Job description
We currently have a vacancy for a Tester fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks:
- Definition of test plans and test cases;
- Construction of test scenarios and scripts;
- Execution of tests;
- Test coordination;
- Reporting of test results.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Hands-on experience in manual Testing;
- Experience in Front-end testing;
- Experience in test data preparation, preferably with SQL databases;
- Knowledge of testing technologies, tools and techniques;
- Knowledge of a Test Management Tool;
- Knowledge of a Defect Tracking tool;
- Knowledge of Agile along with Jira and Confluence tools;
- Knowledge of troubleshooting;
- Ability to cope with fast-changing technologies used in application developments;
- Excellent command of the English language.
