Your missionAs a Software research engineer, you play a key role in the software development of industrial applications. Your responsibilities are:

• Able to think conceptually about your research, which you will publish and present.
• Develop and integrate algorithms on real time autonomous platforms (drones, AVGs, robots,…)
• Analyze, save, and visualize data to develop application using data-science
• Deploy software and perform version maintenance using virtual machines, Docker container’s, and cloud.
• Able to learn new programming languages to find solutions

Your experience

• Master or PhD in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in developing software application by using Python, C++ and MATLAB, ROS frameworks
• Knowledge of mechatronics system related to robot, vehicles, drive trains, industrial machines, sensors etc
• Fluent in Dutch and English
