The Noel Group is a leading Recruiting agency that operates nationwide in wide a range of markets.About the Role:As the Soft Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of service staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and promoting a safe and welcoming environment for all. The Soft Service Manager will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in these services.About the Client:Our client is a well-established global contract catering company that are working with a pharmaceutical plant based in Limerick. They are dedicated to maintaining high operational standards while promoting a safe, productive, and compliant work environment.The Duties:

• Oversee and manage a team of service staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other department managers to ensure alignment of services with organizational goals
• Coordinate soft services and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence performance standards.
• Drive company initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact, fostering strong relationships with the client and ensuring seamless communication.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a facilities or hospitality setting
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• A practical, hands-on approach to managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience driving compliance and company initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software
