Social Workers Child and Family Service, IrelandCpl Healthcare, in partnership with Tusla, Ireland’s Child and Family Agency are recruiting for Professionally Qualified Social Workers on a nationwide basis to work across a number of different services including:Child Protection and WelfareFamily SupportDuty/Intake (initial assessment)Children in CareFosteringThis Child and Family Agency was established in 2014 and is responsible for a range of statutory functions including provision of child protection, alternative care, specified regulatory services and a range of family support services to enable its staff to make an important contribution to improve the wellbeing and outcomes for children living in Ireland.It has commenced a major improvement programme with significant focus on Practice, Culture and Structure.The Child and Family Agency has responsibility for the following range of services:Child Protection and WelfareFamily SupportAlternative CareAdoptionEducation Support Services (TESS)Domestic Sexual and General Based Violence (DSGBV)Children’s Service RegulationCounselling and Therapeutic SupportsBenefits include:Permanent employment contract including sponsorship of a critical skills employment permitCompetitive salary between 47,523 – 68,851 depending on experience35 hour working weekExcellent relocation and onboarding package to the value of 4,710 towards flights and accommodation for non-EU applicants and 4,100 for EU applicantsAssistance with registration with CORU, the Health & Social Care Professionals regulatory authority and reimbursement of fees to the value of 510Induction and orientation program on arrivalGenerous annual leave (29 days) and public holiday (10 days) entitlements per yearExcellent supervision and a focus on developing Social Worker strengths as well as continuous Training and Development sessions with a dedicated and individualised training planFurther career progression opportunities within the serviceEntry Requirements:A recognised qualification as a Professionally Qualified Social Worker and professional registration in your country of practiceEligible to apply for registration as a Professionally Qualified Social Worker with CORU, the Health & Social Care Professionals regulatory authorityExperience and an interest in working in children and families servicesExperience and an interest in working in child protectionA full clean driver’s licence is desirablePolice clearanceProfessional approach to workFlexibility in work practiceExcellent verbal and written English
