Main Duties:

• Deliver thorough and timely assessments, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards.
• Offer a high standard of integrated social work services to adults, carers, and the community, adhering to the Health and Social Care Act 2014, as well as local policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant systems, including those for financial management, personnel, administration, and client records, as directed by the Manager.
• Participate in meetings as required or scheduled in coordination with the Manager.
• Keep informed about updates in legislation and best practices pertinent to the role.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed, consistent with the role and level of responsibility
