Based in Medium Rares Pyrmont headquarters, this exciting mid-level role will see you manage the day-to-day social output for Flybuys, Australias favourite rewards program.
This client-facing role is responsible for reactive and always-on ideation, content creation, calendar management, publishing and reporting. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Sprout is essential.
Youll be joining Medium Rares talented Content Production team, a collaborative group of creatives, strategists and producers who are experts in crafting engaging, platform-first content. Youll have access to a wealth of resources and support, including designers, videographers, editors and producers, all working together to bring bold ideas to life.
Responsibilities
Building the monthly social plan for Flybuys Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts, tracking trends, and pitching brand-safe reactive ideas.
Rationalizing ideas with insights on engagement, brand suitability, and audience appeal, while identifying and briefing content creators.
Filming, producing, and editing low-fi social videos at partner stores, adding in-app supers, closed captions, and trending audio.
Managing the social posting schedule, writing captions, staying on top of trending hashtags, and scheduling/publishing content.
Providing quarterly reporting, assisting with ad hoc campaign content, and staying updated with platform best practices to champion social-first content.
Who are you?
You have at least 4 years of experience in social media as a content creator, social producer, or social media manager.
You have strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to multitask effectively.
You are culturally connected with a deep understanding of current and emerging social trends and platform nuances.
You have a genuine passion for social media, content creation, storytelling, and experience creating content for Australian brands, ideally within an agency setting.
You are comfortable on camera, a strong communicator, and confident in leading conversations, troubleshooting, and presenting to various stakeholders.
