DescriptionSt. Michael’s House is a community-based organisation committed to providing a quality person centred service and high standard of living to people with an intellectual disability in the greater Dublin area. St. Michael’s House is committed to providing individualized supports to people so that they can enjoy experiences, opportunities, and lifestyles like their peers.St. Michael’s House is presently recruiting for a full- time, permanent SCL post based in Castle (Caisleán) Day service. Castle/Caisleán is an existing Day service for over 30 adults with Intellectual disabilities. The service itself is relocating in February 2025 to brand new premises within Northside shopping centre, Coolock. Candidates require experience of leading a staff team in providing a high-quality person-centred Day Service based on the interim standards set out in New Directions. The Social Care Leader will typically work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team. The primary aim is to provide interventions necessary to address any issues preventing the people who attend our services in Castle (Caisleán) Day service from living their best life.Essential Criteria:
