Job description
Our client, a leading construction contractor with a mission to deliver premium services on time, safely and within the budget. Due to rapid expansion, they are now urgently looking for a Site Manager/Supervisor experienced in Drylining, Ceilings, and Partitions in Dublin. As a Site Manager/Supervisor you will be ensuring the Drylining, Ceilings, and Partitions installations are completed safely, on time and within the budget ensuring the highest quality standards & client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Supervise & manage site activities giving attention to installation safety and project quality.Develop detailed work plans, schedules & milestones to ensure project objectives are met.Keep track of progress, adjusting as necessary to keep the project in line.Lead and manage a team of installers, subcontractors, and site supervisors, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that all team members are clear on their roles.Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the discussion of project progress, addressing issues, and plan upcoming tasks.Enforce health & safety policies in site & procedures, conduct regular safety inspection, risk assessment, and provide training as needed.Ensure all installation work meets or exceeds quality standards and project specifications.Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and completed work to ensure quality control and address any quality issues promptly and effectively.Collaborate with project teams to communicate status, changes & issues to relevant parties.Maintain updated project documentations, progress reports and safety records ready for review or submission to senior management.Degree in Construction Management/ Engineering or related field.5+ years’ experience in Site Management role within Drylining, Ceilings, and Partitions contracts.Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results within budget and schedule.Main Contractor experience is beneficial.Strong verbal & written communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Please apply with your updated CV and we will contact you in return for a confidential discussion.The ideal candidate is eligible to work in Ireland.
