Our client, a premiere contractor involved in New Builds, Refurbishments, and Restoration Projects across a variety of sectors, is urgently looking for an experienced Site Manager. As a Site Manager you will manage the day-to-day activities of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within the budget.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Oversee site activities giving attention to site safety and project quality.Develop detailed work plans, schedules & milestones to ensure project objectives are met.Monitoring of progress, adjusting as necessary to keep the project in line.Supervise and manage a team of installers, subcontractors, and site supervisors, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that all team members are clear on their roles.Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the discussion of project progress, addressing issues, and plan upcoming tasks.Emphasize health & safety policies in site & procedures, conduct regular safety inspection, risk assessment, and provide training as needed.Ensure all installation work meets or exceeds quality standards and project specifications.Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and completed work to ensure quality control, BCAR co-ordination and address any quality issues promptly and effectively.Collaborate with project teams to communicate status, changes & issues to relevant parties.Prepare & maintain updated project documentations, progress reports and safety records ready for review or submission to senior management.Degree in Construction Management or related field.5+ years’ experience in a similar role.Notable experience in managing Drylining projects.Strong understanding of updated building regulations and certification standards.Strong knowledge of project execution in the construction industry.Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Please apply with your updated CV and we will contact you in return for a confidential discussion.The ideal candidate is eligible to work in Ireland.
