One of Ireland’s top contractors are seeking a site manager to join their team on a residential project based in DublinThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of successful project management in the construction industry, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills.Location: DublinKey Responsibilities for this Site Manager role
- Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale site
- Review high-level deliverables across site.
- Implement quality assurance procedures.
- Manage project scope and mitigates risk across projects.
- Attend Health and Safety meetings with site team and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all work onsite is in accordance with the Health & Safety policy and procedures.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating activities to meet milestones and deadlines. Implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize project efficiency.
Key Requirements for this Site Manager role
- Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience site management experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and track record of delivering projects with precision.
- Exceptional verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading projects from inception to completion.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package
Package offered for this Site Manager role
- Salary of €65,000 – €80,000, depending on experience
