Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a Site Manager to join their team.Job Summary:We are recruiting for a Site Manager for our Client. This is a fulltime, permanent position. It would be best suited to an experienced, highly motivated and goal-oriented Site Manager. The successful candidate will join their team in Dublin and report to the management team.Your responsibilities will be as below:Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site, including planning daily tasks, ordering materials, and reaching targets.
• Assist with the project from commencement to completion, ensuring all elements of site work are effectively executed.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety standards, quality control, site logistics, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Attend site and management meetings.
• Supervise various construction activities, including the management of subcontractors, forepersons, and other personnel to achieve production targets.
• Oversee the Company’s HSEQ systems, including site setup, security, logistics, deliveries, and traffic management.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme, ensuring effective sequencing of tasks, resource monitoring, and minimization of rework.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years’ site management experience.
• Construction management/Engineering Degree Qualification or Trades Qualified
• Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor
• Must have the ability to manage the multi-disciplinary teams of contactors & site operatives
