The Package: €45,000 – €55,000 + Vehicle + FuelOverview:Are you a Site Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering? Are you from the Laois, Kilkenny, Carlow or Tipperary area?One of Ireland’s most reputable Civil Engineering Main Contractors are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join their team on an infrastructure project in Co. Laois. The project itself is set to last for at least another year as well as a good pipeline of work, offering long-term work in that area. This role is ideal for anyone seeking to build their careers with a respected contractor and progress up to Senior Management roles.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the project runs smoothly and adheres to all specifications.
- Implement and maintain strict safety protocols in line with industry standards.
- Conduct accurate site surveys and set out works according to design specifications.
- Ensure work is completed to the highest quality, following company and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years in a similar Site Engineering role with an Irish Main Contractor
- Proficient in setting out and surveying.
- Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.
