Our client, a prominent Civils Contractor, is looking for a seasoned and highly proficient Site Agent to join their team in a Dublin based role. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile Civil/Infrastructure projects in the Dublin and the Leinster region.Several Positions Open on a Major Civil ProjectsResponsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Drive the project forward, ensuring efficient use of resources and materials.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Site Agent role, ideally within the Civil/Infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range: €80,000-€95,000 per annum, depending on experience (DOE).
