As a Service Support Administrator, you’ll have an important role in ensuring our internal and external users receive effective service through administrative support, issue resolution, and customer service.What you’ll be doing:
- Respond to customer incidents and requests received via phone, email, or other standard methods.
- Resolve customer issues by clarifying the customer’s needs; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and escalating where necessary.
- Log all incidents and requests into the ticketing system accurately.
- Conduct system administration requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the System Access Log for internal systems.
- Generate business critical reports accurately and efficiently on request.
- Manage user assets including setup, distribution and return ensuring the asset log is updated accurately.
- Create and maintain support documentation to colleagues and end users to assist with the sharing of knowledge.
- Conduct user training on supported applications when required.
- Receive and collate feedback, appeals and complaints for management review.
- Identify areas of improvement with the process of Service Delivery.
- To follow established Service Delivery processes and work to SLA and OLA deadlines.

- Experience working on a service desk or within a support team would be desirable.
LocationHybrid, a mix of office and homeworking. This role will be based at our Peterborough offices on the Lynchwood Business Park.
