What you will do:You will be part of the operational business and a newly formed team which is responsible for sales growth. You will focus on driving growth of our services businesses across BELUX.Services encompass all product lines, major focus lines of business include: HVAC Systems, Low Voltage Systems (Security, Controls, Building Automation, Fire Detection) and Fire Suppression; Industrial Refrigeration and Residential Security. The business also has business lines across markets such as Data Centers, Healthcare, Logistics, Public Infrastructure and Retail.Under the direction of the Service Director North West Europe and the CE Service Growth Leader, you will work with regional and line of business leadership to develop, implement, and supervise strategies and action plans focusing on achieving above market growth and profitability in a balanced manner, drive retention and margin improvements.How you will do it:· Define, structure and lead ambitious action plans to grow our Service Business exponentially, built on our long-term Strategic Vision· Directly manage a team of Service professionals and provide day-to-day direction and mentoring to the cross-functional team on priorities, objectives, processes and tasks· Build and develop Go-To-Market plans for main business areas in collaboration with the regional strategy department· Define the organizational design with local operational leadership to ensure profitable growth· Standardize, expand and roll out service offerings to the market across the region, based on growth potential and market demand· Promote the organization at high business levels and develop customer partnerships and alliances· Drive outstanding execution and expansion of gross margin and optimization of G&A structure· You will provide efficient levels of leadership, encouragement, training and support to grow talent and support succession planning· Create a positive and innovative environment which encourages dedication and trust and rewards positive achievements and behaviours· Focus on communication, people development, customer interaction as well as articulating and driving targets, budget achievement and resultsWhat we look for:· You ideally have a successful track record as a Sales Manager or Service leader, having demonstrated the achievement of sustained profitable growth· The role requires management understanding along the entire value chain of designing, building, operations, maintenance and service· Profound experience in business development and sales management for service businesses, preferably with revenues above USD 50 mln.· Experience in working in a multinational environment with extensive sales, operations and management exposure· Strong communication and people skills at all business levels· Ability to combine strategic and tactical imperatives in a matrix organization· Proficiency in English, further languages are a plus (German/ French preferred)· Regional travel flexibility· A University degree or equivalent academic qualification is preferred· Experience in converging industries such as Building Automation, IT and / or telecommunications would be a plusWhat we offer:Joining us, you will become part of a leading global multi-industrial corporation defined by its stimulating work environment and job satisfaction.
